Memento Chef's Table Restaurant was born.

Originally a parking lot, the space was carefully reimagined—we preserved only the main structure before expanding and transforming it into an intimate dining destination. Designed around an open kitchen concept, the restaurant fosters a seamless connection between the chef and guests, offering an immersive culinary experience.

The interior design reflects the owner's meticulous and introspective nature, blending black stone with gold stainless steel accents to create a sophisticated yet memorable ambiance—an expression of both the restaurant’s essence and the visionary behind it.
